Windham NRCD is governed by a board of 5 elected or appointed supervisors. The nomination and election process happens annually for one board position, with supervisors serving 5 years each. The 2025 process is underway. Please see the below dates for this year's nomination and election process: 

September 23, 2025- Petitions available in the district office. (they are also posted on this page and can be downloaded at any time) 

November 3, 2025 - Completed petitions due to the district office by the close of business. 

December 8, 2025 - Elections held at the district office (if two or more candidates have submitted the complete petition with 25 signatures). If only one candidate submits the complete petition they will be installed at the December board meeting without an election. If no candidates submit the complete petition the board may appoint someone to the position.
