Below are the three Fund Pools we were awarded last year as a result of what we learned in our 2025 Survey. 

Windham County has 3 local fund pools, with a character holding a megaphone and yellow shapes for emphasis.
Forest Management Plans encourage land stewardship for ecosystem health. Practices: forest plans, habitat design for wildlife and pollinators.
Text on forest health strategies, illustrating cost-sharing practices for landowners, and providing a list of available practices.
Support for Windham County's small farms through funding projects, focusing on resilience, soil quality, and diversified agriculture practices.
