Windham County Natural Resources Conservation District (WCNRCD), with financial assistance provided by the Mount Ascutney Regional Commission Enhancement Design and Implementation Block Grant, requests bids from qualified contractors to implement water quality improvements at the Green Mountain Beach in Wilmington, VT.. Details of the project are provided on the following pages and in the attached construction drawings prepared by DuBois&King, Inc.. A project timeline is provided below. Instructions for submission of the bid sheet are provided below.

 

Bidders are required to submit bids via email to WCNRCD at the email address listed below. Emailed bid submissions must be received by 5:00 PM on October 2nd, 2026.  Late bids will not be considered. DBE businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

September 24, 2026   -  Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough

October 2nd, 2026 at 5:00 PM - Bids Due 

October 9, 2026,           - Awards Announced 

November 9, 2026.   -  Construction Begins(tentative pending permits)

May 21, 2027 or earlier. - Project Completion Date
